       Capacitive Sensors:
      - Presence, filling, checking, testing in every branch of industry.
Level and feed monitoring – that is one of attributes of capacitive sensors, irrespective of whether it involves a solid material such as paper or wood, granules or liquids. They reliably detect the status of the product in the production process and during final inspection.
      - Presence is enough.
Metallic or non-metallic, solid or liquid, compacted or powder-like.Not all materials sensed by a capacitive sensor react in the sameway. Nevertheless, they are detected equally well by a sensor, irrespective of their properties. Their mere presence in the electro-static field of the sensor detects any material, which is non-gaseous.
Water-based materials are particularly easy to detect.
      - They are all robust and resistant to aggressive chemicals.
The capacitive sensors supplied by SICK are suitable for extremely adverse industrial environments. Protection to IP 67 is Standard, and in aggressive environments, the CM 18 PTFE operates particularly well. Due to its PTFE
housing it resists virtually all chemicals, acids, alkalis and solvents, and is particularly hygienic – an advantage not only for food processing, but also, for the petro-chemical industry and in the semi-conductor industry for wafer
      manufacture.

      Magnetic Sensors:
Very high switching distances and detection of permanent magnets through material are possible using accurate and reliable magnetic sensors.
      - The complete series versatile throughout
For a specific task, but for the most diversified types of application. Pneumatic cylinders and magnetic cylinder sensors together do not simply resolve functional problems: they enable simple handling and thus quick
installation, are very reliable and thus enable positive switching operations to be accomplished. They are highly robust and have a variety of uses.

      - Sensor, adapter, cylinder profiles:
       Three options for all circumstances
Once again, an amazing product developed by SICK: Three mounting adapters are available for fixing the sensors of the T1 and T6 Series securely in a fixed position on a wide range of standard cylinders.

      - A unit with versatility:
      Reliable technology.
High or low switching frequencies, differing requirements in terms of accuracy of the switching points and in the immunity to interference in arduous industrial environments: Magnetic sensors need to operate in any type of
      environment.

      Contrast scanners :
Contrast scanners are integral components of many automated production processes today, for example, in the packaging and printing industries. They are used to detect all kinds of contrasts, e.g., print marks on films or packaging materials. Of course, they can be used in all situations where contrasts have to be detected quickly and accurately. The difference in brightness between mark and background is decisive for reliable detection of contrasts.
The contrast scanners from SICK operate according to the reflectance principle and even detect weak gray value differences on matt, shiny and transparent surfaces. A large selection of equipment types is available with various procedures for detecting contrasts and with different user interfaces for multifaceted requirements.

      Applications:

Almost all goods and products can be counted, sorted and controlled when they have contrast
      marks. Typical examples included:

      • Controlling packaging processes
      • Printing, folding, cutting continuous formats and putting them into envelopes
      • Positioning EDP forms
      • Horizontal cutting control
      • Positioning labels
      • Positioning cans and tubes
      • Checking counters
      • Checking expiry dates
      • Detecting codes

      KT3W P/N :
Dynamic, convenient  excellent: Contrast Scanners with dynamic Teach-in The new KT 3 contrast scanner is small in price and design, but big in detecting contrasts in standard applications. With scanning ranges to 12.5 mm and switching sequences up to 10,000/s, the mark sensor is predestined for use in packaging
      machines, for example.
Features such as integrated tuning of switching thresholds for high-gloss objects and dynamic Teach-in make the KT 3 easy to both commission and use. Depending on the existing contrast, the KT 3 selects the optimum transmission colour (red, green or blue).
And thanks to the miniature design, the KT 3 is especially well suited for cramped
Quarters .Contrasts do not need expensive technology, but instead simply
      the KT 3.

      Industrial Safety Systems:

Industrial safety systems, such as photoelectric switches, light grids, laser scanners and interlocks, ensure effective personal protection and accident prevention in automated production and logistical processes.
While the comprehensive range of services available for your application also includes commissioning, accredited safety inspections, our device repair and exchange service, machine stoptime measurements, technical advice, training and much more.

      Auto Ident :

Production and logistical processes can be designed more rationally with pioneering Auto-Ident solutions. The product portfolio includes linear, stationary bar code reading devices as well as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) for controlling material flows on conveyor systems, and mobile hand-held scanners for rapid and reliable detection of linear bar codes or 2D-codes.
Preventing vehicle collisions, monitoring docking and handling tasks, protecting buildings, counting people, classifying and sorting products, determining volumes and goods, measuring bulk materials, supporting vehicle navigation, measuring positions and thus monitoring processes - these are the tasks of SICK's volume and laser measurement systems.
      The Inspector :
One of Machine Vision Products is the Inspector

The Inspector I10 is a vision sensor intended for high-speed object inspection. With its robust pattern match algorithm it is able to locate objects independently of their position, rotation and scale.
The Inspector is configured and monitored with SOPAS Inspector I10, an easy to use PC application. The Inspector can be connected to the PC using industrial Ethernet, which also enables it to be monitored over a network when operating.
The Inspector can keep up to 16 different reference objects in memory at once, and switches between them based on either input signals or object selection in SOPAS Inspector I10. For each object the Inspector can perform inspections of up to 32 different features simultaneously

          code readers (1D/2D/OCR):
The stationary 2D code scanners from SICK have a multitude of uses. Whether 1D or 2D, or direct marked codes (e.g. laser, dot peening, ink jet) on metallic or plastic surfaces or on paper, they provide a suitable solution for every application. They are multi-compatible in their connectivity: From the machine right up to the control system, they can be integrated in every environment.

Building Security Active Area Monitoring with LMS Laser Scanners:

The Laser Measurement System (LMS) from SICK is employed wherever large areas require complete protection
against unauthorised entry. Even very difficult control functions can be handled because monitored fields can be individually
programmed. The system does not just report infringements of monitored fields, it also provides the exact position
of the intrusion into the field.
The measuring system consists of the LMS laser scanner and an optional evaluation unit such as the LMI interface from SICK.

          Pressure measurement for factory automation:

SICK presents a new range of products for pressure measurement technology. High accuracy
and robust design are the common features of all the devices.
          >> In order to solve the demands made by industrial clients on the sensor technology
of their machine or plant in a customer-oriented way and from a single source, SICK is expanding the product range by a series of high-performance pressure transmitters for measuring
          pressures in liquids and gases.
